RETURNS:

Custom made products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for a refund.

We accept returns for standard products, non-customized, unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

To request a return, please e-mail us at info@realfriendsjewelry.com. We will follow up with you via email with instructions. 

Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. 

EXCHANGES:

Our system does not process exchanges. If you would like to return a non-customized item and receive another, the original item must be returned under the same terms as a standard return and a new order must be placed through our website.

SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are not eligible for returns. 

SHIPPING TIMES:

Most of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. They're worth the wait! 

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

We suggest keeping your jewelry in a plastic baggie to prevent tarnishing. Avoid wearing in the shower, pool, or ocean. Prevent contact with perfumes and lotions. Always last on, first off.
